You don’t need any experience in signage, installation, or property services, and you don’t need to have a background in sales, marketing, or running a business.
Our training covers everything you need to know to do the work, our back-office systems keep the admin side to a minimum, so your time goes into building the business rather than running it.
However, we are looking for certain qualities:
Comfortable with practical, physical work
Most of your week will be spent on the road and on-site, lifting, installing and maintaining signage in all weathers. You enjoy hands-on work, take pride in a job well done and are happy working outdoors.
Self-organised
You’ll be responsible for managing your time, planning your workload and making sure customers receive a reliable service. We’ll provide support and guidance, but you’ll be trusted to run your business independently day to day.
Reliable and consistent
We have strong national and local relationships already in place, but customers need someone they can depend on. You’ll take pride in delivering high standards and ensuring signage is installed correctly and on time.
Ambitious enough to grow, not just operate
Every territory benefits from national account work, but the most successful franchisees are those who see the business as something to develop. You’re motivated to build long-term value, not simply complete jobs.
